Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for automotive components, emphasizing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver all program aspects from inception to production.
• Scope, specify, and deliver operational practices aligned with brand expectations.
• Achieve project milestones and support the delivery of program objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for restoration processes.
• Analyze and improve existing production processes for cost reduction and productivity increases.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials and parts.
• Work with quality control teams to implement checks and inspections at various production stages.
• Support prototype build phases on new vehicle programs, including Virtual Build and Manpower Planning activities.
