Role Responsibilities
  • Assess manufacturing supplier capabilities and support source selection and approval.
  • Manage manufacturing engineering activities within the external supply chain to ensure processes meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA to influence product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Represent manufacturing engineering in cross-functional teams with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers at all levels using negotiation and coaching skills.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical components.
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
