Job summary

Ford & Slater in Sheffield is seeking an Automotive Invoicing Administrator to join our Service Department. You will create customer invoices from job cards, liaise with customers on purchase orders, and maintain records across systems.

The role requires experience in the Commercial Vehicle or motor trade sector, proficiency with Excel/Word, and a full UK driving licence. We offer extensive training, generous holiday, a pension, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing within the Commercial Vehicle, motor trade or automotive sector.
• Experience generating invoices (ideally from job cards).
• Strong IT skills with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to confirm correct purchase orders before invoicing.
• Input data into systems and databases to keep records up to date.
• Perform general admin duties in the Service department.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and maintain files per policy.
