Ford and Slater is seeking an Automotive Invoicing Administrator at our Chesterfield dealership. You will generate invoices from job cards, liaise with customers on purchase orders and keep records up to date across service systems.

The role requires experience in the automotive sector, excellent customer service, and strong IT skills. We offer a competitive salary, training opportunities, and a range of employee benefits, with a standard 42.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or automotive sector as an Invoicing Administrator or similar role.
• Experience generating invoices (ideally from job cards).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with individuals and businesses at all levels.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices from job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to obtain correct purchase orders before invoicing.
• Input data into various systems and databases to keep records up to date.
• Perform general administrative duties in the Service department.
• Greet customers in Service Reception and manage day-to-day bookings.
