Ford and Slater, a major DAF Truck dealer group with locations nationwide, invites applications for an Automotive Invoicing Administrator in their Chesterfield dealership. The role focuses on generating invoices from job cards, liaising with customers, and maintaining accurate data across systems.

Candidates should have invoicing experience in the automotive sector, strong customer service skills, and good IT abilities (Excel/Word). A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have experience working within the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or automotive sector as an Invoicing Administrator or similar role.
• Experience generating invoices (ideally from job cards).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with individuals and businesses at all levels.
• Eye for detail with strong organisational, administration and IT skills (Excel, Word).
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create customer invoices from job cards to reduce WIP.
• Liaise with customers to obtain correct purchase orders prior to invoicing.
• Input data into various systems and databases and keep them up to date.
• Carry out day-to-day administration in the Service department.
