Confidential in Morley near Leeds is recruiting a Permanent Contact Centre Advisor to start asap due to expansion. You will work in the insurance department handling claims, gathering details and supporting evidence from enquiry to settlement.

The role involves inbound/outbound calls, a busy inbox, and responding to emails. Criteria include previous contact centre or customer service experience, or knowledge in vehicle repairs/parts retail; you must work well under pressure and be a strong team

Qualifications

• Previous Contact Centre/Customer Service Experience or skills within vehicle repairs/vehicle parts retail.

Responsabilités

• Handle a range of customer queries via telephone, inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Gather required details and support evidence; manage the claim from initial enquiry to settlement.
• Work with third parties and providers to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
