Job summary

Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Insurance Administrator to support commercial motor and fleet policy administration. The role is office-based with regular client contact and opportunities for professional qualification support.

You will process policy changes, manage invoices, liaise with clients and assist the broking and client servicing teams to keep records accurate and up to date. Motorsport or fleet experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration, customer service or a similar role.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and prepare insurance documentation.
• Manage invoices and follow up on outstanding documents and payments.
• Liaise with clients about their policies and requirements, building relationships.
• Support the broking and client servicing teams with day-to-day administration.
• Keep client records and insurance systems accurate and up to date.
