OMNIVISION is seeking a Sales Manager to drive CMOS image sensor business across Europe, focusing on Automotive markets and key Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. The role includes developing strategic customer relationships and leading opportunities in robotics and other imaging segments.

The position offers European office locations with regular travel across Europe to support customers, partners, and events. You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and business development to position

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, physics or business field.
• 8+ years in technical sales, account management, or business development in semiconductor/auto/imaging industries.
• Experience with Automotive Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive electronics systems, ADAS, machine vision desirable.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting and opportunity management skills.
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Automotive market share, engaging Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
• Expand strategic accounts as the primary commercial interface.
• Drive design-win activities for CMOS image sensor solutions in automotive applications (ADAS, surround view, driver monitoring).
• Identify opportunities in robotics, security, industrial vision, and emerging imaging applications.
• Lead negotiations including pricing, terms, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from identification to design win and production ramp.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, FAE, Quality, and Operations.
• Monitor market trends and customer roadmaps to inform internal strategy.
• Support customer reviews, industry events, and product demonstrations.
• Contribute input to the product and technology roadmap.
