GSF Car Parts is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand the customer base across Letchworth, Harlow, Bedford and Peterborough. You will drive new business, nurture IMT and National Accounts, and work with branches to grow market share through multiple channels.

You will leverage CRM data, target key accounts, and promote digital channels and own-brand products while traveling to customers across the region. A strong B2B sales background and driving license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in field-sales or similar FMCG/multi-site environment.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
• Experience with customer databases and market analysis is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and planning.

Aufgaben

• Pro-actively grow the branch customer base with targeted new business.
• Identify and target IMT and National Accounts for growth.
• Collaborate with branch teams to use CRM data for account targeting.
• Work with National Accounts and supplier field sales to grow market share.
• Promote own-brand products and expand digital sales channels.
• Roll out Parts Finder APP across IMT channels and GMS integration.
• Collaborate with GE team to drive tooling and equipment sales.
• Utilise the lead generation system.
