Job summary

A long standing partner in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a four-week temporary contract with potential extension. You will be the first point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair, coordinating between customers, insurers and the workshop. Typical hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will provide progress updates, arrange collections/deliveries and ensure smooth, professional service while maintaining records and handling related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities are needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence desirable (not required).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Provide progress updates to customers at regular intervals.
• Explain repair procedures, timescales and insurance processes clearly.
• Arrange appointments, pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues to management when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and repair details.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and job cards when required.
