Job summary

Speedy Hire in Milton Keynes is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to manage mobile Service Engineers’ schedules and handle on-site service issues reported by customers. This role runs Monday to Friday, 45 hours, with a focus on dependable, responsive support to keep customers satisfied.

As the frontline for customer interaction, you will process orders, answer questions, and ensure each request is resolved with first-class service.

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service focus.
