Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a customer-focused leader for an automotive retail Centre in the Stevenage area. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and retail or automotive experience.

Candidates with management experience in the motor vehicle sector will have an advantage. The position offers progression, training and a company support structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within a busy retail environment is essential.
• Experience in the motor vehicle sector would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to minimise complaints.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview Centre staff.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress.
• Support other Centres when required.
• Adhere to Company Policies, Health & Safety, and Stock Control.
