Responsibilities

• Standardize and evolve delivery processes for key products.
• Maintain a blueprint for product delivery readiness and knowledge management.
• Engage with customers remotely and onsite to support deployments and post-go-live.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on field data and observations.
• Support Project Managers and Lead Consultant in escalations and technical discussions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
