Job summary

Allen Motor Group is seeking an Aftersales Advisor for our Ford dealership in Coventry. You will use your customer service experience to keep clients informed about their vehicle servicing and answer questions.

You’ll update records, book workshops, and work to achieve targets by upselling services while complying with GDPR. No prior automotive experience is required; training is provided and progression opportunities exist within Allen Motor Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Great attention to detail.
• A background in customer service would be highly advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Responsibilities
