Job summary

Swansway Group is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the Dealership Accounting team in Carlisle. You will support with purchase ledgers, daily banking, reconciliation, and month-end processes, reporting to the Dealership Accountant.

You’ll work closely with sales and service teams to ensure timely finance settlements, provide daily banking and invoices, and help with month/year-end tasks. The role suits someone with dealership accounts experience and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts/finance experience in a dealership (12+ months) desirable.
• Experience with daily banking, invoices and purchase ledgers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with little supervision.
