UK Sales Association seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to support finance and administration in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. The role emphasizes bank reconciliations, daily banking, journal entries and accurate compliance across financial records.

The ideal candidate will have several years of accounts experience, strong accuracy, and a proactive approach to high-volume transactions while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 Years relevant finance and accounts experience
• Experience with bank reconciliations and daily banking
• Support month-end close, journaling and financial reporting
• Experience with debtor/creditor reconciliations and cost control
• Strong administrative discipline and customer-service capability

Responsabilités

• Reconcile daily banking activity and maintain internal controls.
• Process refunds, journals, receipts, payments and account adjustments accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end activity and management-report preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for reporting and compliance.
• Assist sales and finance teams with invoicing and payment allocation.
