Swansway Group is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the dealership team with purchase ledger, daily banking, and month-end reporting. You will work under the Dealership Accountant and collaborate with sales and service to ensure timely documentation and accurate financial records.

The role requires prior dealership accounts experience and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with on-site parking and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts experience in a dealership is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly production of accounts.
• Paying invoices and managing the purchase ledger.
• Maintain monthly ledgers and daily reconciliation/banking.
• Produce invoices and resolve supplier queries.
• Assist in month and year end processes.
• Input payroll submissions and perform general office duties.
