Job description

Car Finance Account Executive
  • Basic salary: £20,500 OTE: £55,000
  • An understanding of car finance options and/or specialist automotive sector would be beneficial.
  • Motor trade experience needed!
  • You will only need to work a handful of Saturdays a year!
  • Our client is looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join their team of client account managers.
  • They also provide ongoing product and regulatory training as well as professional development and sales training!
  • This client welcomes conversations around flexible working and working from home, with consideration for individual roles and responsibilities, once you have trained and begun to hit the necessary KPIs.
Role Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join their team of client account managers. The ideal candidate will possess a natural energy to build and nurture relationships with clients while driving sales of a suite of funding products.

Daily Responsibilities

From your existing client list and new enquiries, you will manage accounts effectively, building strong relationships to support vehicle funding requirements. Working within a structured sales process with KPIs, you will use your sales skills to deliver value, provide a 5-star customer experience, and drive customer retention and referrals. Proactively seeking sales opportunities and achieving monthly targets is essential.

As the client is regulated by the FCA, compliance with all company and regulatory policies is mandatory. Maintaining accurate customer records to support ongoing CRM strategies is also required.

Required Experience

A SAF qualification is necessary, but training will be provided during induction if you do not already hold one. Ongoing product, regulatory, and sales training will be provided by their in-house learning and development team.

Candidate Profile
  • Articulate and professional with strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of car finance options and/or the automotive sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in the motor trade and holding an F&I / SAF qualification, or willingness to complete one during training.
