Job summary

Perfect Placement are seeking an Accident Management Administrator for a prominent fleet management company based in Hampton, Greater London. The role involves handling accident claims, coordinating with clients, insurers and bodyshops, and ensuring high-quality documentation and progress updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance claims or accident repair, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with Accident Management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive insurance claims or accident repair.
• Knowledge of vehicle accident processes and claims handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently in a team.
• Familiarity with Accident Management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage accident claims with professional communication to clients, insurers, and bodyshops.
• Record accident damage details in the Accident Management system.
• Coordinate with clients to complete claim details and follow up on missing information.
• Notify insurers and instruct bodyshops to arrange estimates.
• Liaise with bodyshops to progress vehicle repairs and update clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and repair progress.
