Job Description:

Location: We are seeking candidates who live within a reasonable distance of our Kings Norton office in Birmingham and are willing to travel to client sites across the UK when necessary. A company van will be provided for transportation.

About The Role

As a Service Support Engineer, you will be expected to provide support as part of a 24/7 support team.

• Provide PLC/HMI/SCADA support in breakdowns, maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
• Carry out PLC/Electrical (low voltage) fault finding.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Experience as an Automation System Support Engineer with circuit design, PLC programming, and high-level fault finding.
• Experience developing and fault-finding with operating systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, ABB, Wonderware, etc.
• Fault-finding on Industrial Networks such as Ethernet, ModBus, AS-i, Profibus, Profinet, Cnet, etc.
