Job summary

ATA Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Sales Manager (Engineering & Automation) in the Nottinghamshire area. You will own high-value automation projects from qualification through to order, coordinating with design and project teams to price bespoke solutions and prepare proposals.

You will build relationships with major customers, drive new opportunities, and manage revenue while protecting margins. Hybrid working with an office presence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions.
• Strong understanding of automation and materials handling projects.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities and manage tenders.

Responsibilities

• Own high-value automation tenders from qualification through to order.
• Develop new opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
