Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading diagnostic to implementation with measurable benefits.
• Strong process mapping and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Knowledge of automation and AI adoption in business change.
• Experience with governance, information security and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities aligned to business plan.
• Review end-to-end processes to remove inefficiency and bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to benefits realisation.
• Develop business cases, delivery plans and success measures using data.
• Identify where automation and AI can improve outcomes while meeting governance.
• Facilitate workshops and coach teams to embed new tools and ways of working.
