E3 Recruitment is seeking an Automation Process Improvement Engineer in the United Kingdom. The role is days-based, Monday to Friday, with a company car and a base salary of £55,000 plus an 18% bonus.

You will identify and improve machinery, equipment and manufacturing lines, while benefiting from extensive training and career development with an international market leader. Travel across the region to support sites and drive plant operational improvement, contributing to Reliability Centred

Qualifications

• Maintenance Engineer experience in electrical or mechanical background.
• Automation, Programming, PLC Controls.
• Troubleshoot & repair manufacturing plant equipment & machinery.

• Support Reliability Centred Maintenance strategy and condition-based monitoring.

This Automation Process Improvement Engineer position is days based Monday-Friday, company car, £55,000 plus 18% bonus, and offers training and career development with an international market leader in their field. Key Responsibilities of Automation Process Improvement Engineer

• Travel across the region to provide support to each of the group's manufacturing sites.
• Provide 'hands-on' technical support and expertise and drive Plant Operational Improvement as part of the Group Engineering function.
• Support the development of the Reliability Centred Maintenance Strategy by supporting criticality assessments and drive towards condition-based monitoring
• Enhance plant reliability by applying modern maintenance strategies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Support new and innovative process automation initiatives.

I would love to speak to anyone who has any of the following

• Previous experience as Maintenance Engineer from either an electrical or mechanical background
• Automation, Programming, PLC Controls
• A Electrical Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 Engineering or City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent Naric / Enic Conversion
• Ability to trouble shoot & repair manufacturing plant equipment & machinery
• Previous experience within Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance within industrial manufacturing plant environments
