Job summary

Castle Employment Group is recruiting an AI & Business Improvement Partner for an established manufacturing business in East Yorkshire. The role combines business improvement with AI and automation to deliver measurable results across multiple functions.

You’ll work in a hybrid model (3 days on site / 2 days home), engaging with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, pilot AI-enabled workflows and drive adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business improvement, digital transformation or technology-enabled change.
• Practical understanding of AI and automation and where these technologies add business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and evaluate technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove inefficiencies and automate repetitive activities.
• Evaluate AI, automation and digital solutions for different business needs.
• Develop practical AI-enabled workflows, copilots and business tools.
• Run short sprints, proofs-of-concept and pilots before scaling successful solutions.
• Ensure solutions integrate with existing IT systems and collaborate with internal specialists.
• Assess technology providers and external partners when needed.
• Build and prioritise a pipeline of improvement opportunities.
• Support teams with adoption of new AI tools and ways of working.
• Deliver training and best-practice guidance; track measurable value.
