Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects for automation and warehouse management. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, managing plans, timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery within scope at Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis.

The position is a 12‑month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency, working Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30. Aiming for strong vendor and stakeholder management experience within logistics tech.

Qualifications

• IT project management experience, ideally within automated warehouse solutions or a similar industry.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects related to logistics and warehouse management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to meet requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align with business objectives.
