Job summary

GXO Logistics Inteq is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead oversight and management of IT and automation projects for warehouse technology. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure successful software and automation deployments, with a hybrid work model and a 12‑month fixed term contract in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• IT project management experience, ideally within automated warehouse solutions or a similar industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT system projects.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Ensure that vendors meet project requirements and deliverables.

• Coordinate internal teams and third party providers to resolve issues, oversee testing plans, and manage change requests

Here at GXO, Inteq we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead on oversight and management of projects within Inteq. This position requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure the successful deployment of software and automation solutions.

This is a full‑time, 12-month fixed term contract, which could lead to a permant role, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, in a hybrid working model. You will need to be able to commute to Milton Keynes at least 1 day per week

What you’ll do on a typical day:
