Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead oversight and management of IT and automation projects within Inteq. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid in Milton Keynes, with a typical schedule Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm and weekly commuting to Milton Keynes required.

The candidate will develop project plans, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and align IT solutions with business objectives in a fast-growing automation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management for automated warehouse/logistics.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects related to logistics and warehouse management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers; ensure vendors meet requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, warehouse, IT to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party providers to resolve issues, oversee testing, and manage change requests.
