Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company in the UK, is hiring a Partnership and Pipeline Lead - Automation and Digital. You will drive partner strategy, grow the pipeline, and deliver joint solutions across our automation and digital portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with experience in alliances and channel programs, and can lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• PhD, MBA or other advanced graduate degree in business, life sciences or related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner pipeline creation and execution across automation and digital partnerships.
• Build and actively manage joint opportunity funnel from early-stage pipeline through committed deals and delivery.
• Establish and conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Define and track partner KPIs (pipeline, revenue, adoption) and hold partners to targets.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy Director and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
