Job summary

adi Group is seeking an experienced Automation Control Systems Engineer to design, develop and implement control systems for automated processes. You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable and effective automation solutions.

You will design, program and integrate PLC, HMI and SCADA systems using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and/or Siemens platforms, and support testing, commissioning and on-going optimisation across diverse sectors such as food,

Qualifications

Experience as a Control Systems Engineer in an industrial automation environment.
Design and programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
Experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and/or Siemens PLC platforms.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to understand requirements and prepare proposals.
Design, develop and program PLC, HMI and SCADA control systems.
Develop PLC software using Rockwell Automation and/or Siemens platforms.
Design and implement HMI and SCADA systems.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and standards.
Collaborate with electrical design, process safety and control software engineers.
Support testing and commissioning activities and resolve issues.
Work across sectors including food, beverage, chemical, marine and materials handling.
