Copello is seeking a Principal Automation Software Engineer to lead design, testing, and commissioning of advanced automation systems for diverse industrial projects. The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office, fostering close collaboration with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View SE, strong PLC/SCADA development skills, and familiarity with ISO9001,

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View SE.
• Strong PLC/SCADA development, testing and commissioning expertise.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO27001/ISO45001 standards.
• Electrical engineering qualification or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing and commissioning of automation systems for diverse projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a hybrid, 2–3 days in office setting.
• Represent the company to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
