Job summary

Equinor is recruiting an Automation & Controls Engineer for the Dogger Bank O&M team. You will safeguard automation, telecoms, network and OT equipment from operational assets and provide technical support in line with MOC processes.

The role requires a strong background in offshore automation with SCADA design, installation and troubleshooting. Occasional offshore visits may be required to support maintenance and fault-finding activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation and control systems offshore wind or oil & gas.
• Bachelor's Engineering degree; hands-on in similar roles may compensate for formal qualifications.
• SCADA design, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation & control safety critical systems and equipment.
• Support MOC process evaluations and engineering support activities.
• Develop performance standards for automation & control equipment.
• Deliver integrity evaluations for OT systems and performance.
• Support WR/GL documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Occasional offshore visits for maintenance and fault-finding.
