Job summary

Perk is recruiting a Business Automation Specialist for Customer Care to design, build, and ship automation projects. You’ll automate workflows across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and various APIs, cutting manual work and raising reliability.

You’ll own delivery end-to-end, partner with Ops and Customer Care leaders, and establish safe, scalable automation that improves customer experience and agent effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Shipped production automations on Make.com, Zapier, Claude or similar.
• Built LLM-powered workflows with prompt craft, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Experience with Airtable as a core ops backbone.
• Strong debugging of production systems under time pressure.
• Ability to translate fuzzy business requests into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy automations across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, APIs.
• Wire up multi-system integrations that remove real manual effort.
• Own projects end-to-end from sketch to production and ongoing improvement.
• Set up testing environments and ensure reliable post-launch adoption.
• Create reusable components and standards for faster future work.
