Job summary

the company is seeking a Business Automation Specialist for Customer Care to drive automation and AI-powered improvements. You will design and ship systems that reduce manual work, integrating Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and various APIs.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with Operations and Leadership to ensure adoption and reliability. Ideal candidates ship production automations, have hands-on experience with Airtable, and build LL-powered workflows with guardrails.

Qualifications

Shipped production automations on Make.com, Zapier, Claude, or similar tools.
Experience with Airtable or comparable systems as a backbone for operations.
Built LLm-powered workflows with prompt craft, evaluation, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, APIs, and AI tooling.
Wire up multi-system integrations to remove manual effort at scale.
Own projects from ideation to production and ongoing improvement.
Establish testing and validation environments to ensure reliable outcomes.
Turn business problems into technical designs and identify new automation opportunities.
