Halfords is seeking an Autocentre Centre Manager to lead the team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer journeys. The role includes managing a base salary, a strong uncapped monthly bonus, and progression opportunities within our expanding motoring services network.

You will oversee operations, drive customer satisfaction, and develop staff through training schemes while ensuring Health and Safety compliance and KPI delivery across the centre.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management in automotive or similar
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
• Coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards and compliance
• Ability to manage KPIs and high sales turnover
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and willingness to learn in-house tools
• Good time management to balance priorities
• A current valid driving licence is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Autocentre team to deliver outstanding customer journeys
• Drive business performance and growth with an uncapped bonus structure
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and internal standards
• Manage KPIs and sales targets while delivering training where needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to maintain high satisfaction
• Utilise IT systems and adapt to in-house platforms
• Support progression and training schemes for staff
• Maintain scheduling and operational efficiency
