Job summary

Volvo Cars UK is offering an Autocare Technician Apprentice (Level 2) programme. It combines virtual classroom sessions with hands-on training at our Volvo Training and Development Centre and travel to Daventry for residential weeks.

Successful applicants will have a mentor, gain Level 2 qualification for Autocare and progress toward Level 3, with all training costs including travel and meals fully covered.

Qualifications

• Use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working.
• Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of electronic systems including on- board entertainment systems.
• Completion of legible and accurate paperwork for the customers and centres records
• Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment.
