Job summary

Halfords Autocentre Worthing is offering an Autocare Technician Apprenticeship (Level 2) designed to train you to diagnose faults, service vehicles and understand modern automotive technology. The programme combines classroom learning with hands-on, workplace training within our Worthing centre.

You will work under a dedicated mentor, gain reputable brand certifications, and progress toward higher apprenticeship standards.

Responsibilities

• Use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working.
• Following checklists to ensure all critical parts of vehicles are examined.
• Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service, and inspection.
• Maintenance of electronic systems including on-board entertainment systems.
