You will oversee the Bodyshop’s operations, work with internal and external customers, and ensure first-time-right delivery in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy workshop, with a focus on efficiency, people development, and excellent communication to maintain superb service levels. Weekend work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Bodyshop and handling Insurance claims in the motor industry.
• Audatex and VDA accreditation required; strong communication and telephone skills.
