Job summary

Prestigious Car Dealership in Weybridge is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Parts Person to join the team. No automotive experience required, but a strong customer service background is essential.

The role involves advising customers on service and repair needs, costs, and collection arrangements, while supporting the in-house system with job cards and records. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, with potential for one or two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
