Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in our aftersales teams. You will help ensure every vehicle is safe, reliable and operating at its best while delivering an outstanding customer experience across Perrys dealerships.

Your duties include booking in customers, arranging courtesy cars, discussing service or repair details, and promoting appropriate aftersales products.

Qualifications

• You will have good communication skills with the ability to listen to our customers’ needs and take pride in engaging with people and with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
• You will have a full UK Driving licence.
• A willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• As a Perrys Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers within the aftersales function, providing them with support and guidance to ensure that their vehicle is safe, reliable and operating at its peak.
• You will cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from booking in customers and arranging courtesy cars, discussing the details of the service or repair, to advising customers of aftersales products that suit their driving needs and resolving customer queries.
