Job summary

Waylands Automotive Limited in Reading is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our busy Kia dealership. You will sit with customers, recommending and selling finance, insurance products and additional offerings, while working within FCA regulations and company guidelines.

You will need FCA accreditation or be prepared to become accredited. The ideal candidate has automotive showroom experience, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record in closing profitable

Qualifications

Automotive showroom experience in a similar position.
FCA accreditation or willingness to become accredited.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Matching customers' needs to the relevant finance sources.
Maximising the sales department's performance through effective lead management and reporting.
Constructing offers and assisting in closing sales through second facing and coaching of the Sales team.
Promoting accurate and efficient order processing and timely vehicle deliveries.
Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving New Car registration targets and Used Car volume sales, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Deputising for the Sales Manager as necessary
