Snows Motor Group is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for our Kia dealership in Basingstoke. You will lead a busy sales team, drive sales performance, and manage budgets and strategic plans to meet targets.

The role requires leadership, customer-focused selling, and a track record in automotive retail. A full driving licence is expected, with excellent development opportunities and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications
