Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking a Field Technical Trainer to deliver and develop technical training for operational teams across defined UK territories, with frequent travel and nights away as required. You will work with training managers and academy staff to upskill centres, support apprentices, and ensure timely administration of examinations and assessments.

The role emphasizes practical coaching, adherence to content standards, and ongoing professional development in a fast-paced automotive service

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote coaching and training to upskill centre teams.
• Deliver training to standard per policy and approved content.
• Monitor centre assessed competence and provide centre assessments for technical skills.
• Support staff succession and progression through development opportunities.
• Ensure effective and consistent delivery of technical training by covering training facilities.
• Support apprentices alongside wider centre teams.
• Complete course administration including examinations and assessments.
