Believecare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a new team in Heysham, helping Jack with daily routines and community activities. A driver is required to support outings and activities, with paid training and shadow shifts during onboarding.

• Help maintain his independence while ensuring safety and support.
• Ensure clear communication using tools like an iPad.
• Be organised and handle practical day‑to‑day life.
