UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for our 10-year-old son with autism, ADHD and limited verbal communication in the local community.

The role focuses on helping him access age-appropriate activities, stay safe, and build confidence while staying calm and patient. You will contribute to personal care, accompany him on outings, and work with the family to create reliable routines.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children with Autism and/or limited or non-verbal communication is advantageous.
• Be reliable, caring and patient with a genuine interest in additional needs.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsabilités

• Personal care support will be required.
• Support a 10-year-old to access social and leisure activities in the community.
• Assist in developing confidence and life skills through structured activities.
• Provide calm, patient, responsive support and supervision at all times.
