Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Mere Brow to help people with autism live independently at home and enjoy community activities. You will promote health and wellbeing, support daily routines and encourage participation in activities such as swimming or cinema visits.

We provide full training, DBS paid, and clear pathways for progression. A Diploma Level 2 qualification is supported, with generous annual leave and wellbeing benefits to support staff in their role.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and compassionate, with a flexible approach to duties.
• Willing to complete training; DBS provided.
• Experience in health and social care desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to be as independent as possible in their homes.
• Promote health and wellbeing and encourage community activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
