Autism East Midlands is seeking casual relief Autism Support Workers to join our team across Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This flexible role enables you to choose shifts that fit your life while making a real difference in the lives of autistic people.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You will support service users with activities, personal care, community integration and managing anxieties, while keeping records in line with GDPR.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible shifts across Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
• Commitment to autism care and person-centred support.

Responsabilités

• Provide high standards of professional care and support for service users.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities when required.
• Support independence, community integration and anxiety management.
• Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and service policies.
• Coordinate with families, clinical team and external agencies as needed.
• Follow care plans, IPC measures and safeguarding procedures.
