Autism Initiatives Group of Companies in Belfast is seeking Full-time Support Workers to join Community Services, primarily supporting Outreach services and other activities. You will work with people who use our services, helping develop independence in daily living, accessing work, education and leisure opportunities.

The role requires driving a manual vehicle, NISCC registration or application, and a flexible rota including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care or support to individuals.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends and unsocial hours.
• NISCC registration or applying to register on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support people who use our services with daily living, work, education and leisure activities.
• Work across Community Services and Outreach services as needed.
• Maintain a person-centred approach to enable independence.
