Job summary

Justteachers Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a compassionate SEND Teacher to join the internal SEND provision of a welcoming mainstream primary school. This full-time role starts in September and runs until Christmas in the first instance, with potential to become permanent.

You will support pupils with autism, including non-verbal learners, delivering a differentiated curriculum in a nurturing environment and collaborating with support staff and families to foster holistic development.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualifications suitable for a primary SEND setting.
• Proven experience supporting children with autism, including non-verbal learners.
• Knowledge of SEND practices and differentiated curriculum planning.
• Strong communication skills and an enhanced DBS clearance.
