Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a HLTA to join a SEN school in Eltham, London. The role is part-time, ongoing, with an ASAP start, supporting students aged 11–19 who have autism.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with autism and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to a supportive school community that values staff and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students who have autism.
• Ability to work in a SEN environment.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons to students aged 11-19 with SEN.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom support.
• Monitor and record student progress.
