Vision for Education Ltd is currently recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Lancaster, supporting Year 7 pupils with autism and additional needs. You will work closely with teaching staff and the school's SEND team to provide targeted support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop communication and social skills, and build confidence.

Previous school experience is not essential; candidates with experience in support work, care, residential

Qualifications

• Experience in support work, care, residential settings, youth work or similar is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
